In the Arab world, there are more than 100 million university
students. Following graduation, 56% of youth perceive themselves to be unprepared to
join the workforce, which decreases their chances of finding a job.
Moreover, most students do not pursue internships and apprenticeships in the right
field in order to apply concepts taught in class to real-world situations.
So, we decided to embark in a mission to re-define recruitment for the students of
the region through Leapt, by matching every student with the right employer to help
providing them with the right economic opportunity. At leapt, we aim to help internship
seekers and businesses thrive by connecting them effectively
For many years, students in the region faced challenges in finding
the right internship, not only to fulfill their graduation requirements, but also to
gain experience, enrich their resumes and get the perfect employment opportunity.
Leapt is a platform that help the student to move to Leap to the next stage in their
life through matching the right students with the right employers.
Students can post their qualifications and skills, search for internship
opportunities, and apply for the internship that matches their profile, interest and
university requirements.
